Stylish “penthouse” apartment in London
Written by admin on September 30, 2008 – 1:38 am -Up for sale for the first time since its completion is a modern loft on Clere Street in London, UK. It was designed by Tonkin Liu in collaboration Richard Rogers, who are not unknown for the crowd. Built on the top of an old warehouse building, maximizes its lofty position with huge glazed south and west elevations that offer spectacular views of the City. Two stories feature 5 bedrooms, a cinema room, two bathrooms, terrace, double-volume kitchen, reception room, an open-plan sleeping area and a study. Part of the upper (huge) terrace is devoted to solar panels and a sedum roof.
