Built on the top of an old warehouse building, maximizes its lofty position with huge glazed south and west elevations that offer spectacular views of the City. Two stories feature 5 bedrooms, a cinema room, two bathrooms, terrace, double-volume kitchen, reception room, an open-plan sleeping area and a study. Part of the upper (huge) terrace is devoted to solar panels and a sedum roof.
